Cartland is a free shopping tool that allows users to save and organise products from multiple online retailers in one place. Users can build a basket across different stores and check out through the app, which directs them to retailer product pages to complete purchases.
Cartland earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with retailers. When you complete a purchase through a Cartland link, we may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.
Cartland is available to users aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Cartland reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
All content, branding and design within Cartland is the property of Cartland. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Cartland is provided as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality or accuracy of products listed by third-party retailers. Any purchase you make is a direct transaction between you and the retailer.
Cartland collects and processes personal data in order to provide the service and operate the Prize Draw. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We may use your email address to contact you about your account, prizes, or important updates to these terms.
Cartland reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the app. Continued use of Cartland following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Cartland Prize Draw ("the Draw") is promoted by Cartland, operating via the Cartland app.
The Cartland Prize Draw runs monthly. One draw takes place on the last Friday of each calendar month at 20:00 GMT ("the Draw Date"). Results are announced via the app on the Draw Date.
Cartland operates an entry ticket system. Tickets are earned through using the app and are never purchased with cash. No money is required at any point to earn or use tickets.
A multiplier is applied to all tickets earned through purchases within a calendar month, based on purchase frequency. The multiplier resets at the start of each calendar month.

No purchase is required to enter. Every registered Cartland user receives bonus entries automatically each month, credited to their account without any action required. Additional bonus entries are earned through referrals. These entries can be used to enter the monthly Prize Draw at no cost.
Prizes may include cash awards, discount codes from partner retailers, bonus draw entries, and other rewards. Prize values and availability may vary from month to month.
The Jackpot is the top prize in each monthly draw. The Jackpot amount is funded by Cartland from its operating revenues and is published in the app at all times. If no entry wins the Jackpot in a given month, the Jackpot rolls over and increases for the following month's draw. In the event of multiple Jackpot winners in the same draw, the Jackpot is divided equally between all Jackpot winners.
Winners are notified via the Cartland app and by email. All prizes — including cash prizes, bonus entries, and non-Jackpot rewards — remain claimable indefinitely and will remain visible in the app until claimed. There is no expiry on these prizes.
Discount codes awarded as prizes are subject to their own expiry dates as displayed in the app. Once a discount code expires it is automatically removed from the active prizes list and moved to the user's prize history.
In respect of the Jackpot prize specifically: Cartland will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Jackpot winner and process payment promptly. Where a Jackpot prize remains unclaimed for a period of 12 months from the Draw Date, Cartland reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the unclaimed Jackpot and carry it forward to a future draw. This right does not obligate Cartland to withdraw any unclaimed Jackpot, and Cartland may at its discretion choose to honour a Jackpot claim beyond 12 months.
While the Cartland Prize Draw is not classified as gambling, we encourage responsible participation. Shopping solely to earn draw entries is not encouraged — Cartland is a shopping tool first and foremost. The free entry route ensures everyone can participate regardless of their shopping activity.
